I got my very first weighted hula hoop about three months ago. I was looking for a “fun” way to try and lose weight.  I know how frustrating and boring exercise can be. If it is not fun, then it is even harder to get motivated, and let’s face it most of the time exercising is totally boring.

I used to think that until I found my first weighted hula hoop. Now this is fun. You don’t have to go to the gym, You don’t need any expensive exercise equipment, You only use it a few minutes at a time and the results are fabulous!

If you are like me, then you might have had bad experiences with hula hoops in the past. I remember when I was a kid, I could never get them to actually work. Things are totally different today.
