Size Does Matter

For the best results, this hula should be used by people that are as close to 120-180 pounds as possible. You should also be at least five feet tall. Limit your use to just a few minutes a day until your muscles get used to it. The reason behind this is simple. Once you get the hoop spinning, you will be having so much fun that you will not even realize that you are actually exercising, and if you over do it you will be sore. The manufacturer suggests no more than a few minutes at a time, just a couple times a day.

Remember when I said how I had such a hard time getting the hula hoop going when I was a kid? Well this one is completely different. It was super easy! In less than ten minutes, I had the hoop spinning like a pro. It was very easy to get carried away with it so I had to force myself to stop. That is a first for me and exercising. Ok, this part threw me for a loop, no pun intended. I ordered my weighted hula hoop from Amazon. I was excited and I had been tracking my package online. I knew what day it would arrive and when the delivery man brought it to the door, I told him he had made a mistake. The package was so small. There was no way that the hula hoop that I ordered could be in this box. I made him wait while I opened the package.

It was my new hula hoop and apparently it ships in eight small pieces. I did not know this when I ordered it. I was a little irritated. The idea of having to put something together was not fun, but to my surprise, the pieces just snap or lock right into place. Again, It was super easy! Assembled, it was 40 inches in diameter.

Any complaints?
